We will reserve a booking for 7 days after which time we will require a deposit of 25% to secure the booking.
If we do not receive the deposit within the 7 day period the dates will no longer be reserved and will be shown as available again.
The balance of the payment should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday, we will also require a refundable deposit of £100 to cover any damage which will be returned to you upon final inspection and cleaning of the property.
